Namah Shivai Astrology Solution | Global Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

All international sessions (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) are processed securely via PayPal. Bookings are only confirmed once the full payment is received. For clients in India, UPI and Bank Transfer options are available via WhatsApp request.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move your appointment. One rescheduling request is allowed per booking at no extra cost.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a 90% refund (minus transaction fees). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

3. Time Zone Management

We serve clients globally. All appointments are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST). It is the client's responsibility to convert this to their local time (EST, GMT, AEST, etc.). We recommend using a digital calendar to avoid missed sessions.

4. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

As our services involve personalized time and detailed technical analysis (B.Sc. Vedic methodology), we do not offer refunds after the consultation has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your birth data, life details, and consultation recordings are strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties. Your privacy is protected under our 18-year legacy of professional ethics.
