Planets weak or strong conditions

How to Know Which Planet Is Weak or Strong in Your Birth Chart (Kundli):

1. Strength Analysis by Placement (House & Sign):

A planet placed in its own sign, exalted sign, or Kendra (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th houses) is usually strong.

A planet in debilitated sign, enemy sign, or dusthana houses (6th, 8th, 12th) is often weak or troubled.

2. Aspect (Drishti) of Malefic Planets:

If your good planet (like Jupiter or Venus) is aspected or conjunct with Saturn, Rahu, or Ketu, it may get afflicted.

3. Combustion or Retrogression:

A planet too close to the Sun is combust (burned), reducing its power.

Some retrograde planets behave unpredictably.

4. Dasha (Mahadasha/Antardasha) Periods:

You feel the strong or weak effects of a planet when you're running its major or minor period.

5. Navamsa Chart (D-9):

Even if a planet looks strong in the main chart, if it's weak in the Navamsa, its true strength may be compromised.

Comparison: Gemstones vs Mantras vs Yantras

Gemstone Amplifies energy of a benefic planet via constant vibration When you want long-term, passive support

Mantra Activates a planet through sound vibration For daily discipline, spiritual connection, or affordability

Yantra Geometrical energy diagram of a planet When you need space-based energy balancing (e.g. home/office)

Gemstones are like vitamin supplements — worn daily.

Mantras are like meditation — active engagement with the planet.

Yantras are like Vastu tools — balancing planetary energy in your environment.

Bonus Insight:

Not every weak planet should be strengthened!

For example: if Saturn is malefic in your chart, wearing Blue Sapphire may worsen problems. In such cases, mantras or donations are safer than gemstones.
